YOGA
The word yoga means "to join" or "gather" in Sanskrit. Yoga originated in India. Its origins come from a remote era of Indo-European civilization. One of the treaties yoga (the yoga sutras of Patanjali) is dated about 500 years before Jesus, is a treatise on Raja Yoga.
